1. Mehtab Bagh at dusk
The garden directly across the Yamuna from the Taj. As the sun drops, the marble glows amber and there’s hardly anyone there. It’s the view Shah Jahan is said to have wanted for himself.

Itmad-ud-Daulah’s tomb — smaller, older, and covered in inlay work so fine it looks like embroidery in stone. Many say it was the rehearsal for the Taj itself.
3. A rooftop in Kachhpura
An old village behind Mehtab Bagh where a few families serve chai on their terraces with the Taj framed perfectly behind. No ticket, no railing — just a cup and a view.
4. The marble inlay workshops
