Payments
For the services contracted, an advance payment is required to hold your booking on a confirmed basis; the balance can be paid either before departure from your country or on arrival in India, but always before the services begin. Kaimur Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to decide the advance amount based on the nature of the services and the time remaining before they commence.
For certain services — such as special train journeys, or hotel and resort bookings during peak season (Christmas, New Year) — full payment may be required in advance.
Mode of payment
Overseas advance payments can be made by secure bank wire transfer or by Visa/Mastercard. Once you are in India, payment can be made by cash, or by Visa/Mastercard. Where payment is made by card, the applicable bank charges are levied over and above the total amount. Our bank and PayPal details are shared with you directly on your booking confirmation.
Our responsibility & liability
In arranging tours, transport, hotel accommodation and other services, Kaimur Holidays acts as an agent, on the clear understanding that it shall not be responsible or liable for any accident, damage, loss, delay or inconvenience caused in connection with the travel facilities arranged, whether by the company, its employees or its agents. All bookings are accepted and executed with the utmost care; however, no responsibility is taken for any change or deviation due to factors beyond our control. Kaimur Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify arrangements made on behalf of clients, and to cancel the same, where necessary.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation fees and refund terms are set out in full on our Cancellation & Refund Policy page. We strongly recommend travel insurance as part of planning any trip.

Kaimur Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is a Government-of-India-registered travel company and an IATO member, with government-certified local guides and our own drivers in Agra, Delhi, Jaipur, Varanasi and Rajasthan. Registered office: Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. We are happy to share our credentials on request.
